SHIPPING, POLICIES, AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding UPS holiday observances. 


Our goal here at One Heartbeat Healing is to help facilitate guidance and healing through Tarot and Oracle Readings, Mediumship, and various energy healing modalities, while also providing the highest quality handmade spiritual products.

 In order to protect this mission we reserve the right to deny service to any person, organization, or entity with or without notice that may interfere with this work up to and including blocking and banning from our site. 

Due to the nature of the products and services there are no refunds, exchanges, or store credit. We DO NOT accept returns, issue refunds or exchanges based on change of mind or buyers remorse. Under extenuating circumstances at our discretion on a case by case basis, should a refund or cancellation (after 24 hour grace period) be accepted by our management team, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied.

 Please be sure of what you are ordering before placing an order. All of our items are handmade to order and imbued with magical energy to suit your individual situation.


 All sales are final and non-refundable, which includes products, readings, and rituals. 

All Scheduled sessions must be attended to on time, with a 10 minute grace period; however the session will still end on time. Clients are allowed a one time rescheduling if an appointment is missed, It is your responsibility to contact One Heartbeat 

Healing within 48 Hours to re-schedule a session. Failure to do so within the given time limit will result in forfeit of the purchase and the money will be considered a donation. Should you need to reschedule, contact us immediately at oneheartbeathealing@gmail.com.


After orders have been placed please allow up to 14-21 business days (Monday-Friday excluding weekends , holidays and UPS holiday observances) for order processing, handling and packaging before shipment. Orders during sales DO NOT begin processing until the following business day after the end date of the sale. After orders have been processed and tracking numbers are given, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Orders placed after 5:00pm EST will not begin processing until the following business day. One Heartbeat Healing does not Ship Internationally at this time. Please allow the allotted time to pass before contacting One Heartbeat Healing regarding your order. All inquiries about orders must be done by email only. All texts, dm's, and social media comments about orders will go unanswered.


All orders must be placed on the website. We do not offer updates/add-ons to orders once an order has been placed. If an order needs to be adjusted you will have to contact us by email within 24 hours of the order being placed for a refund and a new order must be placed instead for the adjustment. 

Although we do our best to provide the utmost care in packaging and handling your items, once your package has left our hands and arrives with the carrier they are now the responsibility of that carrier. If packages arrive damaged, ruined, stolen or they get lost in transit, please contact the carrier to file a claim. One Heartbeat Healing will not be responsible for your packages once they leave us. 

Mistakes happen and in the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we may assist you. Failure to contact us within that time-frame, you agree to release us from any liability with your order.

In the event that a fraudulent charge-back, dispute, or claim should arise you, the customer, will automatically be barred from any future transactions with One Heartbeat Healing and blocked from any and all social media handles. You also release us from any liability of any goods or services that have not been rendered to you, the customer. Please note that in any serious case or situation, you, the customer, may be subjected to pursuant of legal action.


Please note that there may be changes made to this policy at any time for any reason and we are not liable to update the customer on its changes, for it is the customer's sole purpose to do their due diligence in reading the policy before purchasing. Once the customer checks out, they agree to these terms and conditions and they agree to any other given information stated on this website.
